Dorcas Walker wears many hats. She’s a daughter, a sister, a wife, a full-time mom, a mentor, an educator and a business coach.
She began her career in the sales and service industry. What led her to leave that profession after ten years of dedication and investment was the realization that her commitment to the company was rarely recognized, and never fairly compensated for. Essentially, she got tired of working for someone else and not feeling valued.

Dorcas was convinced she had to make a drastic change when her health began to decline. She felt increased stress from work and pressure to achieve company goals.
