Manju Joshi is the co-founder of Gurukul Yoga and Food Yogini as well as a Holistic Health Coach with a M.A. in Sanskrit and Yoga. She has been serving the global community since 1991. Manju is a wife and a mother who loves to cook, read, and travel.
