Anuschka is the Business Efficiency Architect for service-based entrepreneurs. She guides, supports and teaches business owners how to create solid foundations, efficient working practices and streamlined processes in order to bring increased time, freedom and profits. She has 20 years experience in the corporate world, primarily in restructuring and process management, where shes identified and delivered solutions to hundreds of different issues and problems. The departments and businesses Anuschka has helped range in size from 100 to 1500 employees across 4 countries. Throughout this time she honed her skills in change and process management order to create high efficiency processes that can be implemented without affecting the current day to day running of the business.
