Bjorgvin Benediktsson
Björgvin Benediktsson helps musicians and producers make a greater impact with their music by teaching them how to produce and engineer themselves.
He’s worked in live sound doing huge concerts back home in his native Iceland (that’s where the name is from), recorded bands in Madrid, Spain (where he went to audio engineering school) and now produces, records and mixes local bands in Tucson, Arizona (He gets around a lot…).
He has written over 1,000 articles on audio and taught thousands of up and coming home studio producers how to make an impact with their music through Audio Issues since 2011.
As a musician:
I teach artists and music professionals to increase their income and improve their web presence through Musicpreneurship 101 (www.musicpreneurship101.com) and the www.1000dollarmusician.com. I also play guitar, bass and sing in various bands.
As an audio Engineer:
I help independent musicians sound their best in my home studio, Icelandic Embassy Studios. Since 2009, I’ve taught audio production and home recording to home studio producers through www.audio-issues.com. In addition, I volunteer as a broadcast engineer for local bands at KXCI Community Radio.
As an entrepreneur:
I help other artists and entrepreneurs make an impact with their art. I use my website knowledge, copywriting skills, email marketing techniques and Facebook advertising tips I’ve learned in last 7 years of business to create online businesses and help other entrepreneurs create content marketing plans.
